This agreement is between Done By Lunch ("DBL," "we," "us," "our") and you (the user). By accessing or using the YT90 App at https://yt90.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Access to the YT90 App is provided exclusively to active members of the YT90 Growth Lab membership. By using the App, you confirm that you hold an active membership in good standing.
The YT90 App is not intended for persons under the age of 18.
All content, features, frameworks, and materials within the YT90 App — including but not limited to the Hook-and-Hold Framework, script generation system, user interface, and all associated materials — are the proprietary property of Done By Lunch and are protected by United States intellectual property law.
You are granted a single, non-transferable license to use the App for your own personal business use. You may not:
When you submit content through the App (including video topics, audience information, or other inputs), you grant Done By Lunch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the App's performance and outputs. We will never share your specific, identifiable content with third parties for marketing purposes.
The YT90 App offers an optional Google Docs export. By connecting your Google account, you authorize the app to create a Google Doc from a script you choose to export.
The app does not search, read, or modify existing files in your Google Drive or Google Docs. If needed, the app may edit only Google Docs created by or selected for use with the YT90 App.
You may disconnect Google access at any time from inside the app or through your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your use of Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google APIs is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.
The YT90 App is not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google, Google Docs, Google Drive, YouTube, or Alphabet Inc. Any Google, Google Docs, Google Drive, or YouTube names are used only to explain how the app works.
You agree to use the YT90 App for lawful purposes only. You will not submit content that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Done By Lunch reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
The YT90 App is intended to provide tools and information to assist you in creating YouTube content. It is not a guarantee of any specific result, growth, or income.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DONE BY LUNCH IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Done By Lunch's cumulative liability for any loss or damage arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your YT90 Growth Lab membership in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The YT90 App and YT90 Growth Lab membership are designed to provide education and tools to help you create YouTube content. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, experience, and business circumstances. There are no guarantees of any specific earnings, channel growth, or lead generation outcomes.
The App may contain links to third-party websites and may integrate with third-party tools, including Google. These services are provided by their own companies and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Done By Lunch is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
Access to the YT90 App is tied to your YT90 Growth Lab membership. If your membership expires, is cancelled, or is terminated for any reason, your access to the App will be revoked. Membership terms and billing are governed by the YT90 Growth Lab membership agreement at donebylunch.co.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Done By Lunch and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims arising from your actions in relation to the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an update on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
