This Privacy Policy describes how the YT90 App ("App"), a product of Done By Lunch (donebylunch.co), collects, uses, and protects your personal information. Our website address is https://yt90.app. This App also integrates with third-party services including Google (for optional Docs export). Their respective privacy policies apply to data processed through the YT90 App.

We collect the following types of information when you use the YT90 App:

• Account information: Your name and email address when you register or log in.
• User-generated content: Video topics, script preferences, audience information, lead magnets, and other content you enter into the App to generate scripts, titles, and thumbnail ideas.
• Usage data: Information about how you use the App, including IP addresses, browser types, and interaction data used to analyze trends and improve the service.
• Google account data (optional): If you choose to connect your Google account, we may receive your Google account email address and permission to create a Google Doc from a script you export from the app. We use this only for the Google Docs export feature.

The YT90 App offers an optional Google Docs export. When you connect your Google account, we request permission only to help you export a script from the app to Google Docs.

We use Google user data only to:

• connect your Google account to the YT90 App;
• create a new Google Doc from the script you choose to export;
• show you a link to the Google Doc created from your export;
• keep your Google Docs export connection active, if the app requires this.

We do not:

• read, scan, or store existing Google Drive files or Google Docs;
• search your Google Drive;
• create or edit Google Docs unless you request an export or select a Doc for use with the app;
• sell Google user data;
• use Google user data for ads, retargeting, personalized ads, profiling, or credit decisions;
• use Google user data to train AI models.

We may store Google OAuth tokens, or rely on secure service providers to store them, only as needed to keep your Google Docs export connection active. These tokens are used only for the export feature. You can disconnect Google access at any time from inside the app or by visiting your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After you disconnect, we will stop using those tokens for the YT90 App.

Your use of Google APIs is subject to Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You may disconnect your Google account from the YT90 App at any time from within the app settings or by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The YT90 App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use cookies to improve your experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help us remember your preferences and login state. Login cookies last for two days. If you select "Remember Me," your login will persist for two weeks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect App functionality.

The App may include embedded content or links to third-party services (e.g., Google Docs). These services may collect data about you, use cookies, or monitor your interaction with their content under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, login, analytics, email, support, and payment tools. These providers may only use this data to provide services to us.

We do not share Google user data for ads, retargeting, personalized ads, profiling, credit decisions, or AI model training.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information. Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate the YT90 App.

Access to Google OAuth tokens is limited to systems that need them to provide the Google Docs export feature. We use secure service providers and access controls designed to protect account data.

However, no electronic system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can also disconnect Google access at any time from inside the app or from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Some data may remain in backups for a limited time.

The YT90 App is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an update on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
